CBT is partnered with the best in class repair facilities for your electrical and mechanical repairs. With our Red Pallet Program, we offer scheduled pick-up and delivery of your repairable assets. Usage and warranty tracking reports are also available.

Our Client Service Specialists have on-line capabilities to Rockwell Automation’s Exchange HUB located in Memphis, TN. Rockwell Automation offers 3 service levels to meet your needs.

Remanufacture

Your failed or malfunctioning product is sent through their seven step process and returned via normal shipping process with a 12 month warranty

Advanced Remanufacture

You are advanced shipped a remanufactured product within 3 business days. This service includes an 18 month warranty.

Exchange

You are advanced shipped a remanufactured product next day air. This service includes a 24 month warranty.

Located in our Springboro facility, we have a technician on-site to handle your electrical repair needs. Partnered with The Parker Group, we offer factory authorized repairs on Siemens, Yaskawa, Baldor, Reliance, and Danfoss…just to name a few.

Repairs done locally have a 2 year in-service warranty!
