Apron Conveyor Belts

Hinged chain driven plate metal belt common for metal chip conveyors and heavy industrial and recycling. Available in pitches from 1-1/2" to 9".

Compact Grid Belts

A newer designed metal belt for food processing which incorporates positive drive but a rugged construction while maintaining 70% open area. Used in product cooling direct from cookers and in breading and coating applications this belt does not deform due to build-up or climate change and is easily cleaned.

Flat Wire Belts

A staple for parts washers and industrial dryers due to heftiness and high open area. Available in both Clenched edge and Button head welded constructions, galvanized, hi carbon, and stainless steel. Sprockets and all accessories are available.

Flat-Flex Belts

High open area metal belt, USDA approved. Designed to be positive drive around small diameter sprockets to minimize transfer issues. The low belt mass makes this an energy efficient product but the strands provide excellent product support.

Positive Drive Woven Belts

A variation to friction driven woven wire belts is positive drive. While formerly an area exclusively for pin-wheels, more recent developments are sprocket driven belts. The result is positive tracking, low tension systems that are more hygienic and use less energy.

Stainless Steel Band

Solid stainless steel belt welded endless polished smooth. This is a highly specialized belt many times perforated where positioning is critical and stretch cannot be tolerated.

Woven Wire Belts

Commonly used in ovens, in bakeries, shrink wrappers, and industrial curing, woven belts come in all shapes and sizes. While most commonly these are friction driven with pulleys, there are variations with chain down the edges and other spacers intermittently placed. Proper identification of weave and material are of the utmost importance for proper performance.
