Electronic Regulator

Regulators can help to improve efficiency by reducing component wear and by lowering energy costs. Electro-pneumatic regulators control the output air pressure or vacuum pressure in direct proportion to an electrical input signal. CBT carries three lines of electronic air pressure regulators the variety is to fit all needs. These lines are SMC’s ITV, VY1, IT.

Vacuum Switches

CBT carries high quality vacuum switches manufactured by SMC. SMC supplies vacuum pressure switches in pressure ranges of 0-100kPa to -100-100kPa. Available options are integrated switches with two color digital LCD display (ZSE/ISE) with either switch or analog output and standalone pressure switch (PSE) available with a separate display (PSE300). We also offer the option of one display, PSE200 that can handle up to four pressure switches at once.

Flow Switches

CBT carries high quality flow switches manufactured by SMC. The advanced Digital Flow Switches offered by SMC ensure high accuracy, precise control and easy reading of displayed flow rates. The Flow Switches are suited to air, water, de-ionized water and chemicals, and can measure flow rates as well as accumulative flow quantities. The outputs from these units include up to two switched outputs as well as analog outputs in either volts or milli-amps, while some models have a color changing display for quick and easy condition identification. Since the Digital Flow Switches measure across their entire flow range and not just at the set points like most mechanical switches, these Flow Switches can be used for system monitoring and failure prediction.

Positioners

IP8000 E/P positioner is more compact than the IP6000 with improved visibility of the pressure indicator. Other features include an improved enclosure protection IP65, interchangeable mounting, excellent shock and vibration performance, and a 1/2 split range available by simple span adjustment. The IP200 cylinder positioner provides accurate and stable positioning of air cylinders. The compact design allows easy installation and maintenance. A span adjuster and zero adjuster are provided for the adjustment of the feedback spring.
