Vacuum switches provide an integrated, digital solution designed to monitor vacuum status. Sensor and switch outputs are integrated into compact, lightweight units. Easy calibration eliminates the need for tools, and easy-to-read LCD with backlight or LED readouts are an option. CBT is proud to offer the XT series from SMC. SMC's non-contact, cyclone type grippers, series XT661 moves work pieces without leaving flaws or adsorption marks.  Because no-contact is made with work pieces, the XT661 is ideal for transferring FPD glass substrates, solar cells, wafers, etc.
