Air Pilot Valves

CBT offers SMC's standard range of 3/2 and 5/2 air operated valves is available in port sizes ranging from M3 to 1 1/2". We also offer a range of specially designed high purity teflon valves, which can withstand many harsh fluids and environments, in both single and double acting specifications. Port sizes range from 1/8" to 1" and applicable tubing O.D: 4mm-25mm. Additional features include flow adjustment and by-pass options. Process valves with port sizes of 1/8”–2” designed to operate for a wide range of fluids with a choice of seal and body material are also available.

CBT offers the SMC,  VHS pressure relief 3 port valves with locking holes and our VH lever-hand valves, which provide 4/2 & 4/3 functionality and large flow rates (1/4”: 380l/min; 1”:10,000l/min).

Mechanically Actuated Valves

CBT offers SMC’s wide range of mechanically operated 2/2, 3/2, 4/2 and 5/2 valves includes roller lever, roller plunger, toggle switch, push button, twist selector, push-pull valves and many more with port sizes of M5 – ¼”. These products also feature large flow ( up to 10,000l/min) actuating options, ports sizes from M5-1" and locking type residual pressure relief valves.

PC wiring system series PCW simplifies wiring PLC and components, supplies power to PLC's I/O unit, prevents miswiring and increases efficiency. One-touch connection reduces wiring labor with the PC wiring system with e-con type connectivity. Due to the adoption of the e-con connection system, cabling between the PLC and remote compatible equipment is connected via plug and socket (not including the power supply cable). Wiring labor can be reduced with no need for screw fastening.
