Your failed or malfunctioning product is sent through Rockwell Automation's seven-step process and returned via normal shipping process with a 12-month warranty.
You are advanced shipped a remanufactured product within three business days. This service includes an 18-month warranty.
Local Electrical Repair
Located in our Springboro facility, we have a technician on-site to handle your electrical repair needs. Partnered with The Parker Group, we offer factory-authorized repairs on Siemens, Yaskawa, Baldor, Reliance, and Danfoss…just to name a few. Repairs done locally have a two-year in-service warranty.
