Onsite Services

A Rockwell Automation Field Service Engineer can assist your maintenance staff with preventative and reactive issues. Field Service Engineers are available on an as needed, scheduled, or full-time basis to meet the specific requirements at your location.

Ask how to reduce the emergency service costs with a Rockwell Automation Block of Time (BOT). A BOT can be purchased for as little as a 40-hour commitment to be used over the course of 12 months.

Need a long-term solution? Rockwell Automation Engineers can work onsite for a set period of time - from three months up to a year. Eliminate the burden of sourcing a factory trained engineer with an Embedded Engineer to assist with a large project or to handle upgrades to newer technology.

Quickly commission your AB drives and received either a one- or two-year part and labor warranty.

Repair Services

Repair Services

CBT has partnered with the best-in-class repair facilities for your electrical and mechanical repairs. With our Red Pallet Program, we offer scheduled pick-up and delivery of your repairable assets. Usage and warranty tracking reports are also available.

Our Client Service Specialists have access to Rockwell Automation’s Exchange HUB located in Memphis, Tenn., and provide three service levels to meet your needs.
 

Remanufacture

Your failed or malfunctioning product is sent through Rockwell Automation's seven-step process and returned via normal shipping process with a 12-month warranty.
 

Advanced Remanufacture

You are advanced shipped a remanufactured product within three business days. This service includes an 18-month warranty.
 

Exchange

You are advanced shipped a remanufactured product via Next Day Air. This service includes a 24-month warranty.
 

Local Electrical Repair

Located in our Springboro facility, we have a technician on-site to handle your electrical repair needs. Partnered with The Parker Group, we offer factory-authorized repairs on Siemens, Yaskawa, Baldor, Reliance, and Danfoss…just to name a few. Repairs done locally have a two-year in-service warranty.
