Sprockets – B Hub Finished Bore 40 Pitch TRITAN sprockets are manufactured using forged, high quality 1045 Alloy steel, for strength and durability (Never powdered/ sintered metal). They are produced with a black-oxide finish to prevent corrosion. Following ANSI manufacturing standards they are appropriate for use with 1/2” Pitch (40) ANSI precision roller chain. ~~ These Hub Style finished bore sprockets (BS) include a keyway and 2 set screws; one over the set screw and the other at 90 degrees, for optimal mounting on the shaft. ~~ Sprockets are widely used in chain drive power transmission applications such as farm implements, conveyors, heavy duty truck & automotive equipment, car washes, agricultural machinery, oil & gas exploration, mining, & timber. ~~ TRITAN manufactures high quality bearings and power transmission components such as roller chain, sprockets, bushings & pulleys (sheaves) in ISO certified factories that comply with AFMBA, ISO & ANSI standards for quality assurance.
