Ruland set screw shaft collars are designed for use in light duty applications where they will not be frequently removed or repositioned. This Ruland shaft collar has a 0.7500" bore, 1 1/4" OD, and 0.563" width. Set screw collars derive all their holding power from the interface between the screw and shaft. To be effective the shaft material must be softer than that of the screw. This collar is stamped with the Ruland name and bore size for ease of identification. It is manufactured from high strength 2025 aluminum to a fine burr-free finish for increased screw seating torque. Ruland uses forged screws that test beyond ANSI standards to ensure maximum holding power. It is RoHS and REACH compliant. This shaft collar is made from bar stock sourced exclusively from North American mills and manufactured in Ruland's Marlborough, Massachusetts factory under strict controls using proprietary processes for superior fit, finish, and holding power.
